Job Title: Foreign Trade Specialist (Remote Work Available)
Responsibilities:
1.Maintain company and product information on international trade platforms and actively promote our products
2.Develop new international clients through online platforms and other channels
3.Handle daily communication with foreign customers, including inquiries, quotations and order follow-up
4.Assist in contract signing, order arrangement and export document preparation
5.Collect and feedback international market information and customer needs
6.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
1.Major in International Business, International Trade or related fields is preferred
2.Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to use as working language
3.Good communication skills and customer service awareness
4.Familiarity with foreign trade processes is preferred
5.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
6.Outgoing personality, responsible and able to work under certain pressure

Responsibilities:
1.Represent the company to promote products and develop potential customers in the local market
2.Maintain local customer relationships and handle customer inquiries and needs
3.Collect and feedback local market dynamics, competitor information and industry trends
4.Assist the company in achieving sales targets in the local market
5.Act as a communication bridge between the company and local customers, coordinate and solve business problems
6.Assist in organizing product promotion activities in the local market
Requirements:
1.Fluent in local language and good English communication skills
